Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping (within India): 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and resolving the issue.

6. International Shipping

We ship to selected international locations. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges that may apply in their country.
